Six Billion

Posted on January 18, 2012 at 1:24 PM (UTC+08:00)

At this moment there are 6,470,818,671 people in the world. Some are running scared. Some are coming home. Some tell lies to make it through the day. Others are just not facing the truth. Some are evil men, at war with good. And some are good, struggling with evil. Six billion people in the world, six billion souls. And sometimes... all you need is one.

Peyton Sawyer

No matter how great the cynicism I get when I look at all the sappy conversations of people with their special someone or get irritated by the sight of extreme public displays of affection I still can't help but believe or hope for finding that one person who would admire you despite your flaws, who would respect you as a person, who wouldn't belittle your abilities, who would push you to do even better. Someone who would look at you and smile and that smile would be enough inspiration to go on. Someone who would hold you and make you feel as if they are your forever.

I may not have found that person yet but someday. There's just something about that word..."someday". It's just so sweet and hopeful I can't even fathom what I am rambling on about right now. But someday... and I would gladly meet that someday and someone with a smile. Smile

Remember, almost 3 billion of those are mainland Chinese or Indian... the rest, maybe half is a gender you don't want to be with (female, cause you are too,) and part of those males are gay or bi, which you probably also don't want, part of the straight guys are taken, the non-taken ones are non-taken because they're stupid, or hideous (inside, and out.) So it brings our choices down to a few measly million, which would further be lessened with international borders... we can't just fly over and go meet that special random. But then again, there's 2 sides to every story... in my friend's part of the world, they have a saying: There's one person meant for each and everyone of us. If you manage to evade that person for your whole life, you will be happy. anyway i dun0 wat i type ^^ ♥ LOL
