    At this moment there are 6,470,818,671 people in the world. Some are running scared. Some are coming home. Some tell lies to make it through the day. Others are just not facing the truth. Some are evil men, at war with good. And some are good, struggling with evil. Six billion people in the world, six billion souls. And sometimes… all you need is one.

    No matter how great the cynicism I get when I look at all the sappy conversations of people with their special someone or get irritated by the sight of extreme public displays of affection I still can’t help but believe or hope for finding that one person who would admire you despite your flaws, who would respect you as a person, who wouldn’t belittle your abilities, who would push you to do even better. Someone who would look at you and smile and that smile would be enough inspiration to go on. Someone who would hold you and make you feel as if they are your forever.

    I may not have found that person yet but someday. There’s just something about that word…”someday”. It’s just so sweet and hopeful I can’t even fathom what I am rambling on about right now. But someday… and I would gladly meet that someday and someone with a smile. 🙂

  • It’s my turn to be brave.

    So here is the obligatory kick off post for 2012.

    I had quite a lot of ideas on how I should write this but I keep putting it off so it all just got lost with the smoke from all the fireworks two nights ago. So what I’ll be doing for now is let you in on the golden goals I have for 2012 until I can actually wrap my head around how I want my blog entries to be.

    1. Finish The Wedding Dress by early May for editing
    2. Publish The Wedding Dress through Createspace by June (so I get to avail a free copy of my book for winning NaNoWriMo)
    3. Save up for a sewing machine and a netbook
    4. Open an online shop for my crafts
    5. Revive my deviantArt
    6. Study basic photography
    7. Finish reading 50 books by the end of the year
    8. Improve my website
    9. Be a better and happy person! 🙂

    For the people who have made the last year quite incredible, you guys know who you are. I’m hoping you’ll all be a part of this year’s journey as well. 😉
