I sit now and remember that one blog post of Pete where he wrote about the two connotations of change– that though change is bound to happen, there are some things that are innate, some things that are already hidden within our very core that though we have changed in one way or another, we’ll always have that one thing that defines exactly who or what we are; that one thing that probably would never change even when hell starts to freeze over. So I guess, I’ll always have this naivety with me, along with its pros and cons. And like a friend told me last night, I could only hope that no one would ever dare to take advantage of that innate naivety that I have.
